Current Projects

Nilsson Architects have recently been commissioned on three further prime residential projects which are presently in various stages of development:

• 44 - 46 Park Street: 6 Ambassadorial apartments for Northacre within two Grade II listed buildings due for completion autumn 2006
• 103 - 104 Eaton Square, Belgravia: 7 apartments within a Grade II* listed building for Grosvenor, due for completion autumn 2007
• The Lancasters, 75 - 89 Lancaster Gate: A revival scheme of 100 prime apartments with underground parking overlooking Hyde Park to be completed by 2009.
