Originally constructed as two separate houses to the designs of Blow and Billerey in 1911, these grade II listed buildings boast an interior of early Georgian and Louis XVI styles behind a Beaux-Arts Classical façade.
Used as offices since 1940, Nilssons were instructed in February 2005 to convert both buildings into just six prime residential apartments of an extraordinary scale
Our designs for a suitably sympathetic reconstruction - which secured planning and listed building consent from Westminster Council in a speedy five and a half weeks - preserve and maximise the buildings’ disposition whilst providing six exceptional apartments that incorporate contemporary kitchens and bathrooms and embrace the very highest standard of finish - and period detailing - throughout.
