Nilsson Architects received a Civic Trust Award for Observatory Gardens for the Contribution to the Quality & Appearance of the Environment in 1996.
We have also received awards for Restoration and Conservation from The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the following projects;
» The Phillimores (2005)
"..war damage has been seamlessly repaired, new work unobtrusively added, and ground landscaped in an exemplary fashion. The locality is enhanced, not least by the generous pavement widening on the corner of Duchess of Bedford Walk."
» Earls Terrace (2001)
"..war damage has been seamlessly repaired, new work unobtrusively added, and ground landscaped in an exemplary fashion. The locality is enhanced, not least by the generous pavement widening on the corner of Duchess of Bedford Walk."
» The Bromptons (2000)
"...superb landscaping...new buildings a clever bit of copying, standing well in the townscape."
» Observatory Gardens (1995)
"extremely faithful and high quality restoration and replication... work to the highway has been equally successful."
