This house, which is situated within the Boltons Conservation Area, was acquired for redevelopment in 1989. Our design solutions were threefold; to peel off later additions, to restore the original features and to create a unique ten bedroom ambassadorial house with, what for its time, was a ground-breaking ‘link’ through an underground swimming pool and billiard room to a contemporary lodge house at the bottom of the garden.
The Financial Times described this project as "one of the most ambitious planning applications ever entered on a London house."
