This former Nursing Home in Kensington was acquired in 2003 for redevelopment by Vicarage Gate Ltd.
The proposals will provide a new building of distinction and merit drawing upon the prevailing architectural scale and language of the surrounding terraces.
The scheme includes the demolition of the existing building and the erection of a new six storey building in contemporary style comprising 12 large apartments and basement car parking for 27 vehicles.
